So much has changed. Where to even begin? OK, just the gist:

• Chris and I have separated but are trying very hard to preserve our friendship
  
  
• Julia is now in public school, and apparently failing (only because she doesn't turn in the work)
  
  
• I'm living in my own place now while Chris and Julia are still living in our old house
  
  
• I'm waiting for my disability hearing, which is scheduled for October 23. Hope to receive disability benefits and supplement with freelance work as I can get it

I'm very sad at the turn of events but I have had lots of wonderful support from friends and family. I'll hopefully post more as I continue to emerge from this heavy fog. It's been one hell of a crappy summer.
